REMAT will commission the systems on site. Commissioning may be carried out by the customer or in collaboration with REMAT, as required. We have a dedicated test bench operational in our head office in Breda, which can be used to provide training for our customers at various technical levels.
Many of our drive systems and products are continually operational, making fast, effective service and support of paramount importance. REMAT is able to deploy both our own service engineers and service engineers from partner-suppliers, ensuring that on-site service can be carried out appropriately and quickly, worldwide. Most of our frequency-controlled drive systems are equipped with a remote diagnostic program, using an Internet connection. This allows for problems to be resolved remotely, or for a service engineer to be despatched fully prepared, keeping downtime to a minimum.
