The commissioning of our systems is carried out on location worldwide by REMAT commissionings engineers. REMAT also provides various hardware and software training courses that enable service and commissioning to be realized by the customer himself or in collaboration with our engineers.

REMAT has its own test setup with which we can provide training at various technical levels for our customers.

projectmanagement and ENGINEERING

When delivering the drive systems, REMAT provides the functional descriptions and interfacing with other systems on board in close consultation with the customer, after which the electrical diagrams and software are developed.
Our project managers and engineers have a lot of experience working in complex projects where multiple parties are involved in the electrical installation on board. The project is supervised by our project management from concept idea to sea trials.

SERVICE and support 

Many of our drive systems and products operate in continuous operation. Fast and adequate service and support is therefore of great importance. REMAT has its own service technicians and specialized service technicians from our partner suppliers.

In this way, global service on location can be provided quickly and efficiently. All our frequency-controlled drive systems are equipped with the option of making diagnoses via an internet connection. This allows the problem to be solved remotely or the service engineer can optimally prepare for his service visit so that downtime can be kept to a minimum.

It is possible to agree on specific maintenance programs. Response times, availability of engineers and spare parts can be defined and coordinated in consultation with the customer.
